Job Description
- Filing: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date student and faculty records, including filing, and retrieving documents as needed.
- Daily Calls: Make and receive calls on behalf of the academy, providing information to parents, students, and other members of the community as needed.
- Emails: Manage the academy’s email inbox, responding to messages in a timely and professional manner, and forwarding messages to the appropriate staff members as needed.
- Database Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of students, faculty, and staff, including contact information, academic records, and other relevant data.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and appointments for faculty and staff, and maintain a calendar of events and deadlines for the academy.
- Record Keeping: Keep track of attendance, grades, and other student information, and prepare reports as needed.
- Communications: Coordinate communication between different departments and offices, keeping everyone informed of important news and events.
- Registration: Help new students to enrol to the academy, assist them in completing registration forms, and ensuring that all necessary documents are on file.
- Financial Assistance: Assist students and families in applying for financial aid and scholarships, and maintaining records of the same.
- Other duties as assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by the academy’s management.
