Rewarding Outstanding Personnel at the Annual Apex Group Recognition Awards

Hard work pays off and it is particularly thrilling when this is acknowledged with a well-deserved award. When working with Apex Group, this is just the type of job satisfaction you can expect.

At Uniplural, we’ve always cared deeply about our employees’ well-being, and we firmly believe that they are the pillars of our entire organisation. Throughout our 10-year journey, in which our company has grown from three employees to around 300, we’ve always striven to find ways to promote a healthy working environment.

So, in order to show our excellent staff our heart-felt appreciation, on the 15th of July, we at Uniplural Group organised an awards ceremony where 36 nominees and a total of 60 guests were in attendance. Acknowledging our employee’s hard work gave us particular pleasure, a satisfaction which was only eclipsed when looking upon our equally dedicated, multicultural team. The nominees made up a diverse group of employees with varying cultural and national backgrounds, all of whom regularly band together at the workplace in service of their clients and reunited here to celebrate their on-the-job dedication.

As our own Ms. Claire Bellizzi acknowledged earlier this month; “The Group benefits from having a choice of characteristics and diverse experiences at the heart of its employ”, adding that “it is only through this that Uniplural Group has been able to assure a worthy and professional service that is beneficial to the vulnerable, the elderly and the community at large.”

Therefore, in recognition of our staff’s hard work and workplace achievements, we gave out a total of 10 awards to some of Uniplural’s most hardworking employees.

Yet, amidst savouring the fruits of our successes, we have never forgotten the importance of our workforce. With this in mind, to conclude this awards ceremony with proper celebratory cheer, speeches and awards were followed by a reception where all of our guests could enjoy some delicious refreshments and live entertainment by local artist, Victoria Sciberras and her piano accompanist.
