Uniplural Childcare launched a Modern & Vibrant new Childcare Centre in Żebbuġ

The bright, colourful, and playful premises at Żebbuġ have proven an instant hit with parents and children alike. From an area where babies may lie tranquil in their cots, to a fully equipped play area complete with slides and a multicoloured ball pit, this Centre is fully furnished, and boasts a beautifully vibrant and inviting atmosphere. Healthcare Awards

For the third year in a row, Uniplural Group was granted recognition for our high-level of service within the healthcare industry at the ‘Malta Healthcare Awards 2023’. In past years, Uniplural Group’s level of excellence has been acknowledged with multiple awards that honoured our company’s contributions to several industries.

On the 17th of February 2023, Uniplural Group was presented with four prestigious awards; the ‘Excellence in Public Health of the Year’ award, the ‘Champion of Healthcare Award’, the ‘Health and Social Care Company of the Year’ award, and the ‘Social & Healthcare Organisation in the Community’ award. For sure, each award marked our team’s hard work and unwavering dedication toward the healthcare industry, as well as our community.

Investing in C-Level Roles: Charmaine Montesin as Chief Projects Officer (CPO)

This past year, we have also been investing in more C-level positions. Recently, we welcomed the talented Charmaine Montesin on board our dynamic team in the role of Chief Projects Officer.

As CPO, Ms. Montesin is tasked with overseeing all of Uniplural Care’s projects and ensuring that our impeccable standards are maintained and continuously refined. She is also part of the team that manages Uniplural Academy, alongside Ms. Bellizzi and Ms. Cabel. Thanks to her vast knowledge and experience, Ms. Montesin will be instrumental in helping us identify any further potential in healthcare courses.

Uniplural Academy

As an extension of Uniplural Group, Uniplural Academy was launched in 2019 with the aim of delivering tailor-made training and coaching services for our employees and external parties. Thanks to 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and a team of qualified professionals, we currently offer an exceptional level of education for all.

Uniplural Academy values the importance of training and ongoing education, which is why our educational programmes range from MQF/EQF Level 3, 4 and 5 accredited courses, to professional development to boost your career. Thanks to our expertly designed courses, now anyone may gain the skills they need to kick start their career or level-up.

This year, Uniplural Academy even became a company in its own right and, as part of its plans for continuous expansion and improvement, various new courses are scheduled to be launched in the coming months.

Jenise Grech, Our Newly Appointed Services Supervisor

Meet the new Services Supervisor Jenise Grech who, based on her vast experience in the cleaning industry, has joined Uniplural Group to oversee our cleaning services and help us maintain our impeccable standards.

1. Tell us about your experience working with Uniplural Group?
Working at Uniplural Group has been a very positive experience so far. I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of people from different nationalities, work at different localities, and contribute to Uniplural’s high-level of service. From the very start, all of my colleagues made me feel welcome and at ease. In short, I love it, it allows me to be myself and provides me with job satisfaction.

2. What would you like to achieve by working with us?
My ambition has always been to be appointed supervisor. I enjoy learning new things and am excited to see what the future has to offer me as I embark on my new role.

3. What are the necessary attributes for giving quality services?
I always strive to give my very best at work. I feel that, to maintain quality services, you have to put your heart and soul into your tasks. That’s why I always make sure that every task is done well and that they consistently conform to Uniplural Group’s high standards.
