Care Supervisor (Full-Time)

The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Care Supervisor to join our community services team. This is the perfect opportunity to work within a more senior role and manage a team.

Job Description:

  • Planning of the daily on-site supervision schedule;
  • Daily on-site supervision of the Group’s services in the community;
  • Attain feedback from clients on the overall service;
  • Deliver and collect documents from clients and other companies;
  • Builds relationships with clients and employees;
  • Handle complaints, and plan and follow-up on action plans;
  • Monitor and measure the performance of new recruits and reports findings to the HR and Coordination Department;
  • Supervise employees and report findings to the HR and Coordination Department;
  • Remain up to date with Apex Group policies and communicate such policies with the community team;
  • Compile on-site inspections reports;
  • Translate data attained from the on-site inspections into excel sheets for data analysis;
  • Report to the Operations Manager on the on-site supervision visits and findings;
  • Perform telephone supervision;
  • Upkeep of the Apex vehicle which will be making use of;
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, occasionally working on Saturdays;
  • Observes ethical issues and promotes good communication within the company.
  • Any other task, as directed by one’s superior/s.

Must have the following skills:

  • Experience of at least one year with a caring role
  • Eye for detail
  • Organised
  • Time management
  • Customer care skills
  • Problem solver
  • Can do attitude
  • Flexible
  • Able to work in a team but also independently
  • English literacy 
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Ability to speak in Maltese would be considered an asset.
