Job Description
- Planning of the daily on-site cleaning supervision schedule;
- Performs daily supervision of the cleaning services at the clients’ establishments;
- Making sure that cleaning is conducted thoroughly to the required specification, as directed, using correct techniques and cleaning equipment;
- Working safely using correct warning signs, protective clothing and safety equipment, being aware of hazards to others;
- Undertakes training in use of methods, materials and equipment, as instructed by the company;
- Reporting immediately any defects of equipment, furniture and/or fittings and low level of cleaning material;
- Responsible of ordering and stock taking of all cleaning material and equipment of the company’s cleaning stores;
- Prepares and delivers cleaning products and equipment to clients;
- Attains feedback from clients on the overall service;
- Be a liaison and a first point of contact for clients;
- Handles complaints and be a problem-solver;
- Be a team player and works in synergy with the Coordination Department;
- Compiles reports on every cleaning supervision conducted;
- Compiles monthly and quarterly reports for the management;
- Delivers and collects of documents from clients and other companies;
- Monitors and measures performance of new recruits and reports findings to the HR and Coordination Department;
- Contributes to the supervision, training and development of the cleaning employees in order to support department objectives;
- Maintains an efficient team and a good working relationship with all staff. Encourage and motivate staff to achieve high standards of work;
- Remains up to date with the company’s policies so they can be communicated with the cleaning employees;
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule;
- Any other task, as directed by the management as commensurate with the role.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficient level of English and Maltese
- Previous experience in the cleaning sector is an asset
- Will need to work flexible hours
- Driving Licence B
Education and Experience
Minimum ‘O’ Level standard of education or equivalent
