HR Executive

The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time HR Executive to join our growing team. The position calls for a hardworking individual who will be able to support the Apex Group team.

Job Description:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Assist in updating policies and procedures
  • Create and implement effective onboarding and exit plans – Administration wise
  • Assist in performing Exit Interviews
  • Manage the administration of Company Probationary Reviews, including reminders
  • Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job adverts, posting adverts, attending interviews, and managing the onboarding process
  • Actively participate in the Induction Programme for new employees
  • Assist in performance and retention processes and initiatives
  • Ensure accurate and legally compliant record-keeping of employee information
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
  • Own payroll inputs and data accuracy in HR systems and files
  • Assist in the Performance Review process and keep track accordingly
  • Administer Work PermitsApply for Training Grants via various entities
  • Assist in Social Committee and be actively involved in the organization of activities
  • Manage and upload information and company initiatives and activities on social media
  • Be involved in various initiatives such as the Richmond Foundation and Staff wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist in any HR project/sI
  • ssue various Human Resources/Payroll reports when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date and current organograms and Job Descriptions for all staff

Must have the following skills:

  • Level 5/6 Diploma in People Management or Equivalent

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese language and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR Role.
