Services Officer

The Role

Apex Group is looking for a full-time Services Officer to join our growing team in the Sales and Business Development Department.

The Services Officer will report to the Senior Manager. The main responsibilities include:

• Issuance of quotations, follow-ups and closing down of sales, and their record keeping
• Prepare and send quotations and tailored proposals
• Be an ambassador of the Group’s services by addressing and predicting clients’ needs
• Generate leads, reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and emails
• Participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the Group
• Negotiate and close down sales
• Issuance and renewals of sales contracts and services agreements
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on issued quotes and closed sales
• Assist the Senior Manager in determining the sales marketing strategy for the marketing team
• Keep abreast with best practices and promotional trends
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the current market and customer needs
• Follow-up on new services’ planning with respective Departments
• Maintain customer relations by following-up on the service provision
• Ensure excellent aftersales customer care service
• Be ready to work flexibly

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Diploma in sales, business development, or related field

Experience:
• At least 1-year experience in sales
• Proven sales track record
